Welcome: Crafty Crew Rachael Addison and Susan Stulan that supplied paper and craft supplies to create wonderful Christmas cards and tags to take home.

- Excitedly shared the wonderful article “An Evening in Paris” written by Jennie Foley of Stoney Creek.
- Read a thank you from the Adelaide Hunter Hoodless Homestead regarding our donation of 98.85 in Canadian Tire Money, that was used to purchase one 6’ folding table for the Homestead and the rest of the funds will be saved to purchase a second smaller table when they go on sale. The tables will be used at the Homestead during special events such as Annual Easter Event taking place March 30, 2018.
- Shared how successful the Santa Claus Parade was and a thank you to David for his help and volunteering his tractor and driving us in the Parade.
- Michelle Sanderson, Advocacy; will be sending information soon regarding the Quarter Auction
- Reminder of all the sub-groups: Book Club, Creative Crafters, Dinner Clubs, Walking group, Advocacy group, Cards & Games group.
- Special announcement that the WI Canada officially has a new WI logo.
